1. Cricket Bet limited (hereafter referred to as “Cricketbet” or as “We”), UK registered Company Number 6297178, is the bookmaker with whom all bets are struck on www.cricketbetlive.com. The Customer (hereafter referred to as “you” or “your”) is the person making any wager or bet with Cricketbet.
2. Cricketbet is dual licensed in the United Kingdom by the Gambling Commission (license number 000-008378-R-104379-001), and in Australia by the Victorian Government (license number 1042).
3. Minimum Stake Per Call: Please note that for telephone betting there is a minimum stake per call of £200 (or currency equivalent). For internet bets the minimum stake is £5 or $10(AUD).
4. Each customer must ensure that personal details lodged with Cricketbet are kept current. Your address, phone number and e-mail details can be edited by each customer by clicking on 'personal details'.
5. You will be required to enter your Password and User ID each time you log on to the Cricketbet website. You must keep your User ID and Password confidential. For telephone betting you must know your account number.
6. Cricketbet reserves the right to accept, or decline, a proposed bet. If a bet is declined in part or in whole we will always endeavour to provide an explanation as to why.
7. Cricketbet reserves the right to close a customer’s account at any time on notice to you without affecting any outstanding bets. After any outstanding bets are closed all monies on your account will be forwarded to you within one calendar month.
8. Except as provided, bets may not be cancelled/changed by the customer once they have been accepted by Cricketbet.
9. Cricketbet cannot allow for mistakes nor accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of the posting of prices, despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (eg bets struck on a non-live market after the event has started or on an obviously incorrect price).
10. Where a customers bet is placed on what are obviously incorrect odds, Cricketbet reserves the right to re-book that bet at the correct odds. In this situation Cricketbet will endeavour to contact the customer who will have the choice to either have the bet in question booked at the correct price or have the bet voided. If it is not possible to contact the customer that bet will be re-booked at the correct price.
11. We bet In Play on live events. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the odds displayed are current, the nature of live betting means that, on occasions, these will differ from those available at the time you call. The odds confirmed to you at the time of bet acceptance will determine settlement.
12. Where there is evidence of any match fixing, we reserve the right to make bets void or withhold settlement of bets pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.
13. All payments made to a customer will be made to the same debit or credit card or bank account as used to deposit monies with Cricketbet.
14. You should retain a copy of all transactions and Cricketbet merchant policies contained in these rules.
15. Should any eventuality occur not covered by these rules we will look for suitable parallels within our rules, or failing that general industry rules, before deciding how to settle the bets.
16. If any sums are mistakenly credited to your account, whether through an error on the part of the Cricketbet or yourself, you must bring this to our attention. Failure on your part, to do so, will void any subsequent wins caused by this error, either directly or indirectly. In such an event Cricketbet reserves the right to take the necessary action to ensure that both parties are returned to the same position financially as that held immediately prior to the error being made.
17. At times where the market is less stable or their lacks liquidity, Cricketbet may offer a limited or ‘yellow’ service, accepting only smaller bets until we deem the market to have “normalised”.
18. The placing of a bet with Cricketbet, signifies your acceptance of our rules, whether or not you have familiarised yourself with them.
19. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately on posting of notification of such rule changes on the web site.
20. No Bet stands until the telephone operator has called it back to you or in the case of internet bets a confirmation message has been received and the bet can be viewed in the OPEN BETS section of your Account.
21. We do not accept bets from the USA or Turkey. Accounts suspected of being operated by customers from either of these countries will be suspended.
22. Customers should be aware that transmissions described as live by some braodcasters might actually be delayed.
23. Customers should be aware that telephone calls may be recorded for training and dispute purposes.
24. Where the terms of any offer or promotion are breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Cricketbet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition Cricketbet reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs.

1. Cricketbet’s rules will apply to all customers who open an account with Cricketbet and every customer will be asked to acknowledge that they have read and understand these rules. In the event of any perceived conflict these rules shall always apply.
2. All transactions, whether by telephone or the internet, are recorded and all files are backed up daily using Freecom’s toughdrive software. Copies of those recordings are retained and may be used for dispute resolution.
3. Should a transaction be disputed we will use our best endeavours to ensure that such dispute is resolved in a timely manner. We will keep you informed of progress.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute you may lodge a complaint with an independant arbitrator.
